There is no handle present, only the top. There is some spotting from storage. See pics for details. I’m uncertain if these spots can be cleaned/removed. There is also a tear by one of the seams (on the inside). This is a small sized umbrella not large. Item has been stored for many years and I don’t believe it was ever used. I’ve recently acquired a large amount of a British Leyland items from a long time dealer. Lots more coming soon.
