Unique Art Deco or Native American etc Sterling Fringe Choker

Here is an unusual fringe choker. That's what makes this a terrific piece because of its unique features on each individual fringe - it looks like a bird wing which is why I thought it might be Native American. I thought Art Deco also due to style.

The necklace is unmarked. I use a stone scratch test to determine when something unmarked is sterling. It turns out this is sterling. I guarantee that or the buyer may return it.

Approximate measurements: As photographed in the first image, 7" and 14-1/2" from end to end. Each little fringe is about a half an inch long. Weighs 19.8 grams.

Condition: I cannot get eight of the fringe pieces to lie flat as the others do. So, I'm going to leave that project up to the buyer because I don't want to break any of them. I think it's only due to the chain being twisted around those pieces. Better eyes and patience will hopefully prevail.
