House of Bianchi lovely vintage 1960’s emerald green fit and flare a line knee length formal dress. Short puffy sleeves which work well on the shoulder or off. Sweetheart neckline. Darted bust. Slim structured bodice. Zipper and hook enclosure down back. Flared skirt. Amazing bustle bow on back skirt that adds a beautiful pop of flare and really makes this an awesome piece.
