BRAND: Ashland New with Tags, Large Farmhouse from the Will West Village Collection. It has porches, a chimney, various roof heights and open windows! The base has 2 holes for your choice of lighting. It was made in China and is soundly put together with Flanges and Spot Welds. This lovely farmhouse is made of formed galvanized metal or tin. It would also make a wonderful addition to a train village or you can repaint and decorate to your decor!

COLORWAY: Silver metal and Brown Rustic Paint to add effected age. The metal itself is not rusted.
SIZE: Approximately 15" Long, 11" Tall, and 7" Wide.
CONDITION: New Old Stock with Tags. It is a well made metal farmhouse and has no missing parts. I believe this Ashland Collection has been discontinued. There is a tiny wrinkle in the small side porch roof that can be smoothed easily (See 2nd Photo). Please see my Photos for Exact Details and signs of Shop Wear.
